日本新干线铁路噪声现状及控制

摘要:

日本新干线新型列车噪声源以车辆下部噪声和受电弓噪声为主 ,其频率特性集中在 50 0~ 80 0 0 Hz范围内。距离铁路中心线 2 5m、地面1.2 m高处 ,列车通过最大声级水平为 75~ 76d B( A)。新干线采用的噪声控制措施主要为 :新建线路全线 97%区段设置声屏障 ,新型列车采用双受电弓并流线型化 ,加设受电弓罩 ,车辆表面平滑化 ,定期研磨钢轨等。文中结合我国铁路噪声现状及管理方式 ,提出加强我国高速铁路噪声控制研究、开发、管理的几点建议供参考

Abstract:

It has been found that many types of noise are generated from various parts of high speed cars and other installations.Rolling noise and pantograph noise are significant.The frequency characteristic are centralized in 500~8000 Hz.At the distance from railway central line is 25 m,height from ground is 1.2 m,the max noise level of pass train is 75~76 dB(A).Shinkansen noise control methods are:about 97% of new lines have been built barriers,new trains have been used double pantographs and hydrodynamic form,added“pantograph shield”,smoothed the front nose surface,grinded the rail surface in time et al.It is combined with railway noise level and management methods in China,recommending some suggestions about noise control study,exploit,management in China high speed railway.
