分析某铁路地区车务、机务、工务、电务、车辆和车站系统职工高血压、高血糖、血脂异常及BMI增高异常情况，为进一步提高铁路职工健康管理工作提供理论依据。回顾性分析该地区6个系统职工2年体检资料，对高血压、高血糖、血脂异常及BMI增高异常情况进行对比分析。结果显示，职工整体2023年高血压、BMI增高的检出率较2021年有所下降，4项指标异常的检出率男性职工明显高于女性，并且随着年龄增长整体呈上升趋势。车务系统高血压、高血糖及血脂异常检出率最高，机务系统BMI增高检出率居第二位，工务系统BMI增高及血脂异常检出率最高、高血压检出率居第二位、高血糖检出率最低，电务及车辆系统4项指标异常检出率均属于中等偏下水平，车站系统高血糖检出率居第二位、其余3项指标异常的检出率均最低。提示高血压、高血糖、血脂异常及BMI增高仍是该地区铁路职工健康维护和管理的工作重点，应继续探索健康教育的有效途径，进一步提高健康管理水平。

To analyze the hypertension, hyperglycemia, dyslipidemia and high body mass index of the employees of transportation, locomotive, permanent, signal, vehicle and station systems in a certain railroad area, and to provide a theoretical basis for further improving the health management of railroad employees. We retrospectively analyzed the 2-year physical examination data of the workers of the six systems in the region, and compared and analyzed the abnormalities of hypertension, hyperglycemia, dyslipidemia and high body mass index. The results show that the detection rate of hypertension and BMI increase of the workers as a whole decreased in 2023 compared with that of 2021, and the detection rate of the four indexes was significantly higher for male workers than for females, and the overall trend was upward with age. The detection rates of hypertension, hyperglycemia and dyslipidemia in the transportation system are the highest; the detection rate of high body mass index in the locomotive system is the second highest; the detection rate of high body mass index and dyslipidemia in the permanent system is the highest, the detection rate of hypertension is the second highest and the detection rate of hyperglycemia is the lowest; the abnormal detection rates of the four indicators of the signal and vehicle systems are all at the moderately low level; the detection rate of hyperglycemia in the station system is the second highest, and the detection rates of abnormalities in the other three indicators are the lowest. It is suggested that hypertension, hyperglycemia, dyslipidemia and high body mass index are still the focus of health maintenance and management of railroad workers in the region, and effective ways of health education should be continued to be explored to further improve the level of health management.
