摘要:

针对铁路典型站段生产检修过程中涉及挥发性有机物(VOCs),从源头替代、过程控制、末端治理3个方面分析挥发性有机物减排的具体措施。采用无VOCs或低VOCs含量物料替代是源头控制的主要方法;新工具、新工艺的使用也将实现较好的减排效果。过程控制重在物料使用过程管理、泄漏控制、敞开液面管理、无组织排放管理及加强监测。末端治理根据工艺特点、物料类型、废气浓度综合比选,选取适宜的治理方式。结合铁路挥发性有机物管控应用现状,梳理管理和技术方面存在的典型问题,并提出可行性建议。

Abstract:

Specific measures for reducing volatile organic compounds(VOCs) emissions during the production and maintenance process of typical railway stations and sections are analyzed from three aspects: source substitution, process control, and end-of-pipe treatment. The main method of source control is to replace materials with no or low VOC content; the use of new tools and processes will also achieve good emission reduction effects. Process control focuses on material usage process management, leakage control, open liquid surface management, fugitive emission management, and enhanced monitoring. End-of-pipe treatment involves comprehensive comparison and selection of suitable treatment methods based on process characteristics, material types, and exhaust gas concentration. Considering the current application status of VOC control in railways, typical management and technical issues are identified, and feasible suggestions are proposed.
